Guaybo brings your products, your community, and your payments together in one place. This guide takes you from sign-up to your first sale.
Creating your profile is free. On the Standard (free) plan there is no monthly fee — you only pay a commission when you sell. See Pricing.

1. Create your account

Sign up with your email at guaybo.com/signup. Every new account starts on the Standard (free) plan, regardless of the plan you pick later.

Create my Guaybo account

Sign up for free and start selling what you know.

2. Create your creator profile

Onboarding has three steps:
1

Name and unique link

Pick your profile name and your alias — the public link where your page lives: guaybo.com/your-alias.Alias rules: lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only, minimum 3 characters. If it is taken, the form tells you and you pick another.
2

Category and description

Choose your main category (it determines where people find you on Guaybo) and write a short description of what you do. The description is optional, but it helps people quickly understand how you can help them.
3

Profile picture

Upload your own image or pick one of the preset avatars. Use a square image, 1:1 ratio (for example 500 × 500 px) so it shows in full, with no awkward cropping, on your profile and on your product cards. You can change it anytime from your account.
Once you finish, your public page exists and you can view it at https://guaybo.com/<alias>.

3. Publish your first product

In the Products section, from the left-hand menu, you create what you sell. On Guaybo we handle four types:

Digital product

Files, templates, ebooks, guides. The buyer gets instant access after payment.

Digital course

Structured content in modules, with a built-in player for your students.

Event

Online or in person, with date, capacity, and access control.

Mentoring

One-on-one sessions with a configurable schedule and availability.
A product is created as a draft. For it to be accessible and shareable, you have to publish it.
A published product can be paused whenever you want to stop sales, without losing what you already built.
Before sharing it with your community, visit your product page at https://guaybo.com/<alias>/<your-product-alias> and check that everything looks the way you expect.

4. Set up how you get paid

In Settings → Payment methods you turn on your payment rails. Guaybo is built for LatAm: you can charge in bolívares and in dollars.
If your product is not free, publishing it takes two steps: verifying your identity and setting up your payment methods. Without verification you will not be able to publish paid products.
Verification happens under Settings → Account verification.

5. Share and sell

Your public page guaybo.com/your-alias lists all your published products. Each product also has its own link guaybo.com/your-alias/product, ideal for campaigns. When someone buys:
  1. They complete checkout with the fields you defined.
  2. They pay with any method you enabled.
  3. They get access to the product in their account (My purchases).
  4. You see the sale in the Dashboard.

6. Grow your business

Community

Posts and content for your members, in the same space where they buy.

Affiliates

Other people sell your products for a commission you define.

Analytics

Sales, members, and traffic in one panel, with your own tracking pixels.

Discovery

Your profile shows up in Explore, so people who didn’t know you can find you.
